Diagonal has developed the Panviral platform to quickly detect and diagnose small sections of pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi. This method is as reliable as using PCR but is cheaper, faster, and easier to adapt for the intended purpose.

OIM has helped Diagonal Bio design and build a product that utilizes Diagonal’s method, along with an analysis cassette to be used with the device. The entire device has been designed by OIM, covering everything from sketches, concept renderings, electronics, hardware design, and software to the assembly of complete units.
